隱私權政策
本政策說明 KLC 如何處理經持有人授權的 Google 使用者資料。本工具為持有人單人自用、在其 Windows 電腦上運作的自動化橋接系統。
1. 存取的資料
依使用者授權，KLC 可讀取 Google Drive 檔案中繼資料（例如名稱、識別碼、資料夾歸屬及共用狀態），以及 Google Docs 文件內容。OAuth 讀取權限可能涵蓋較廣資料，但實際流程會辨識私人、符合指定命名規則的任務文件。寫入權限用於應用程式建立或授權的佇列及結果檔案。
2. 使用目的
文件內容中的任務 JSON 會轉換成經 HMAC 簽署的工作佇列，透過 Google Drive 同步到持有人本機。Windows 執行器只處理限定工作目錄中的允許操作，並保存執行結果。Google 帳戶識別資訊只供核對任務來源與擁有權。
3. 儲存與第三方
任務 JSON 與結果回條儲存在持有人 Google Drive 中的專用資料夾；本機另保留處理紀錄、核對回條及有限的操作日誌。Google Drive 同步與 Google APIs 會依 Google 的服務條款及隱私權政策處理資料。若持有人使用第三方 AI／聊天服務建立任務或檢視結果，該服務也可能依其政策處理提交的內容。KLC 本身不以使用者資料作廣告投放或出售資料。
4. 保留與刪除
工作佇列、結果與防重播紀錄可能持續保存，並非所有檔案都會在任務完成後自動刪除。持有人可管理或刪除自己 Google Drive 與 Windows 電腦中的資料，也可以從 Google 帳戶安全性設定撤銷本工具的 OAuth 授權。撤銷授權不會自動刪除已存在的雲端或本機檔案。
5. 安全措施與限制
KLC 採用任務簽章、來源與路徑限制、受保護的本機秘密儲存及工作紀錄，以降低未授權執行及重播風險。這些機制並非作業系統層級的完整沙箱。使用者應避免透過任務文件傳送密碼、金鑰或其他高度敏感內容。
6. 聯絡與變更
關於本自用工具的資料處理問題，請使用 Google OAuth 同意畫面所列的使用者支援電子郵件聯絡應用程式持有人。若功能、權限或資料流程變更，本政策亦應相應更新。
English Summary
Kan Local Commander is a single-owner local automation tool. It requests Google Drive metadata read-only, Google Docs read-only, and app-authorized Drive file write access. The OAuth read scopes can permit access to a broader range of files than the application's configured task filters actually process.
Task documents are converted into signed queue files, synced to the owner's Windows device, and executed within a restricted local workspace. Queue files, results, receipts, and limited logs may remain in Google Drive and on the owner's machine until manually deleted. Google processes data through its APIs and Drive sync; optional connected AI clients may also process information the owner chooses to submit. KLC does not sell user data or use it for advertising. Google authorization can be revoked, but revocation does not delete previously stored files.
